Why the new website of Ludocards is so dark?
This is another environmental initiative we have incorporated into our ecological approach which is aimed for:
- health and well-being of our customers
- energy-saving benefits
- aesthetic showcase of our professional graphic design capabilities
Dark mode's lowered brightness is much easier on the eyes, reducing both eye strain and helping the bodies natural release of melatonin, which leads to better sleep, fewer headaches and a better work experience.
Being less bright, dark mode demands less of your battery and consumes less electricity. This, in turn, makes your phone last longer and desktop consume less energy, therefore is better for the environment.
Having more than 30 years experience in graphic design and desktop publishing, our professional graphic designers advance with the times to reflect the latest trends in our works.
How can I permanently delete my Ludocards account?
To ensure the security of your data, account deletion requests must be submitted through a formal process. Please contact our support team via the dedicated 'Contact Us' form, clearly stating your request to permanently delete your account and confirming the email address associated with it. Once confirmed, this action is irreversible, and all personal data and associated history will be permanently removed in compliance with our privacy policy.
What happens to my account data if my registration email address becomes inactive?
We highly recommend using an active and regularly monitored email address for registration. If an email address becomes permanently inactive (e.g., account closure), we may, after a significant period of inactivity on the associated account and after multiple failed attempts to contact you at that address, flag the account for potential archival or deletion according to our data retention policy. This is to maintain data hygiene and security, but we will always attempt to notify the user first if a registered email bounces repeatedly.
